Checked four times before a spool is sealed.

Most print failures blamed on printers trace back to filament: diameter drift, moisture, tangles. Our checks target exactly those three.

Diameter, watched continuously

Filament diameter is measured along the full length of every run, and any length outside ±0.02 mm never reaches a spool.

Neat winding, no cross-overs

Spools are wound under controlled tension in a single ordered layer pattern, so filament feeds tangle-free from the first metre to the last.

Dried, then sealed the same day

Finished spools are dried and vacuum-sealed with desiccant immediately, so they arrive at the moisture level they were packed at.

Batch traceability

Every spool carries its batch code. If a print farm reports an issue, we can trace the spool back to its production run and check retained samples.

Before you ask for a quote

Trial orders can start from a single export carton so you can test the filament on your own machines. Volume pricing improves with quantity — include your target quantity per colour in the enquiry and the quote will show the tiers.
Yes. Add “Sample spools” in the enquiry builder and list the lines and colours you want to test. Samples are the same production filament as bulk orders — never a special batch.
Yes — custom colours can be matched from a Pantone reference, a physical sample or a printed part. Custom colours carry a higher minimum quantity than stocked colours; send the reference with your enquiry.
Each spool is vacuum-sealed with desiccant in its own carton, and export cartons are packed for palletised sea or air freight from Hong Kong. The vacuum seal is what protects the filament in transit — a spool that arrives with a broken seal should be flagged to us right away.
